Who owns the intellectual property (IP), code, or designs at the end of a project?
You do, 100%. Once the final invoice for a project phase or deliverable is settled, all intellectual property, custom source code, 3D design files, branding assets, and research data belong entirely to your company. We do not hold your assets hostage or charge ongoing royalty fees for our custom work.
Can we combine multiple services for a single project?
Absolutely. In fact, most of our clients do. Our services are designed to feed into one another seamlessly. For example, we frequently run a Branding (Business UX) phase to map out an application's look and feel right before hand-off to our Mobile/Web App Development team. Similarly, our Data Enablement infrastructure frequently prepares datasets for our ML/AI Development or Data Analysis teams.
What do we need to have ready before we start working together?
It depends entirely on the service, but generally: the clearer your problem statement, the faster we can move. For Product Development or Apparel, bring your reference images, sketches, or material ideas. For Data Analysis or ML/AI, you will need to give our team secure access to the relevant databases or spreadsheets. For App Development or Strategic services, just bring a clear understanding of your business goals—we will handle the blueprints.
What happens if our app, AI model, or digital infrastructure breaks after launch?
We don't just build your software and disappear. Every digital project includes a dedicated post-launch monitoring window to catch and fix early bugs. For long-term peace of mind, we offer ongoing support and maintenance retainers through our Digital Infrastructure and Security services to keep your systems updated, secure, and running smoothly as your user base grows.
How do you handle data privacy and security during a data or AI project?
Data security is baked into our DNA. Before you share a single file with us, we sign a comprehensive Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). When working with your datasets for Data Analysis, Data Enablement, or ML/AI, we utilize isolated, encrypted cloud environments and strict access controls to ensure your proprietary business data and customer information are never exposed or misused.
Can you help us find a factory to manufacture our physical products or clothing?
Yes. Our Product Development and Apparel services don't stop at digital 3D models. We build factory-ready "Tech Packs" and manufacturing blueprints (die-lines, assembly guides, material specs) specifically so you can hand them to any manufacturer globally. We can also help you vet, communicate with, and review early samples from factories to ensure your first official production run meets expectations.

We are unsure if our project falls under Urban Design or Product Development. How do you draw the line?
Think of it as a matter of scale. If you are developing a standalone object, a piece of consumer hardware, or a wearable accessory, that falls under Product Development or Apparel. If you are looking at how buildings, public spaces, pedestrian walkways, or large plots of land interact and function together as a community layout, that falls under Urban Design.
Do you charge by the hour or by the project?
We offer flexible engagement models tailored to the type of work required: Fixed-Scope (Project-Based): Best for clearly defined projects like a Go-To-Market Strategy, Branding, or a Data Analysis brief. You pay a set price for a set set of deliverables. Retainer / Dedicated Team: Best for long-term, evolving, or continuous needs like ML/AI Development, App Development, or Security Monitoring. Phased / Time & Materials: Best for exploratory work like Scientific Research or Urban Design where the scope naturally shifts as discoveries are made.
How long does a typical project take from start to finish?
Timelines vary drastically based on complexity. A focused Data Analysis or Go-To-Market Strategy might take anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks. A custom Mobile App or a physical Product Prototype engineered for manufacturing typically spans 3 to 6 months. During our initial scoping call, we will provide a realistic timeline with clear milestones so your team always knows what to expect next.
